4. Loving the product not the SKU
We sell the things we love – and can share our passion about them. We don’t choose things to sell because they come with a handy catalogue we can just put up online.
5. Not using technology for technology’s sake
We believe the best uses of technology should be people focused and simple, they should also be imaginative – we love dreaming up things that make a difference, especially those that look like they might be impossible!
